• GENERAL QUESTIONS

Do I have to be an artist to design my item?
No! We have many options for the artistically challenged. We have an extensive library of literally thousands of designs and images for you to choose from. You also have our staff available to assist and teach you many easy techniques that can make anyone look like a pro.

What can I paint on?
We have many different items to choose. From kid's to adults. Handbags, denim jackets, jeans, hats, T-shirts, just to name a few.

What if I don’t like to paint?
Will you paint my item for me? Don’t have time to paint? No problem, we will be happy to paint your item for you. Just let us know what colors you want (or let us decide) the choice is yours.

Can I bring in my own stuff?
This is a difficult question to answer because the answer is yes and no. Because of the revolutionary nature of how we apply our images to fabric, it's a work in progress. Every day we learn more about the process and find new and exciting applications for our technology. The reason we prefer the purchase of our brand is because it has been tried and tested. We know how to achieve the best results, however, if you have something that you want to create on, and we don’t offer it in our store, we will do our best to make it happen. So feel free to bring in your ideas and maybe we can learn something new together.

What does "Denim Restoration" mean?
Look in the far reaches of your closet. In that area we like to call "the denim graveyard" Do you see that faded out old denim jacket or those "acid washed" 501’s back there; the one’s you just can’t throw away but you would never wear?

Bring them to IDENTITYWEAR for an overhaul. We can re-tint, add custom graphics, textile paint, we can even add new buttons or rivets. Not only will the process be alot of fun, you will know, once and for all, that you did the right thing by not giving up on that tired old jacket.

Will the paint stay on my clothes after I wash them?
The answer is yes. All of our paints are specifically designed with textiles in mind. Once your item has been painted with our special paints it is then cured in our special textile oven, which bonds the paint to the material permanently. In order to keep your item looking new we recommend all painted items be washed separately (inside out) and line dried.

What are your store hours?
Our store hours are: 10:00 AM - 8:00 PM Monday - Friday
9:00 AM - 7:00 PM Saturday
9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Sundays.

Can I book the entire studio for a private party?
The answer is yes. Get a group of friends together and spend the evening with us. It doesn’t matter if it’s a girls night out or a couples thing. IDENTITYWEAR is the perfect solution to that age old question...What can we do tonight that's different?

All private parties include unlimited use of our laser machine for custom graphics and unlimited use of our tint machines for custom colors for one flat rate so the more you do, the better the deal.

Can I bring in my own drawings (artwork)?
The answer is yes. Just bring in your original artwork and we can add it to your garment in minutes! With no set up time it’s easy to make a one-of-a-kind fashion piece that you can honestly say "I designed it myself."

• PARTY QUESTIONS

How many Guests can I invite to my party and how long will my party last?
To reserve a party the general guideline is a minimum number of 6 attendees with the party not to exceed 15. All parties include a dedicated staff member to assist you in every aspect of your party. Parties last between 1½ hours to 2 hours depending on the participants.

Should supervising adults attend a child's party?
An adult must be present at every party. It is not necessary for parents of party guests to be in attendance during the party, however, we encourage parent involvement! The more parents are involved, the more memorable the party. Feel free to create your own piece along with your kids. Remember there’s a 20% discount on all store merchandise for ALL in attendance the day of your party.

Is a deposit required to reserve a party date?
There is a $100.00 security deposit required to reserve a creativity station. The security deposit is then applied towards the party at the time of the event. A full refund will be given for all cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled time and date of your party. All cancellations with less than 48 hours notice will be given a store credit.

Can we serve food at the party?
The answer is yes. Whether you want us to arrange for food service or you want to do it yourself, our staff is available to make your party as simple for you as possible.

How much does a party cost?
Parties start at $22.00 per guest, which includes a fashion piece for each participant to take home when the parties completed.
